Why are other Supplier's Prices so much higher than FASTTRAK?
Eddie McCoy Cpa, ceo/founder, April 15, 2006 - I am frequently asked that question in addition to "how can FASTTRAK provide comparably featured products costing $15,000 to $30,000 less than other suppliers and still make a profit doing so?
First of all, Prices of our products are developed based on the cost of engineering and distributing our software and not the competitive market price charged by other suppliers.
Second, we run a tight ship and do more with less. We streamline our operations, choose our promotions carefully and ensure every advertising dollar pays for itself and we streamline our system installations and maintenance renewal processes.
Providing lower priced products translates to more and more of the Operators automating their business at an earlier stage of their growth. This, of course, means a larger install base of clients for FASTTRAK and that will naturally help us keep our costs lower than our competitors.
Third, we shoot straight with our clients and apply sound business judgement and principals. Since inception, FASTTRAK has developed only Microsoft Windows® products. This in and of itself, creates some advantage as most competitors have clients on older DOS products and have an obligation to support those clients while trying to migrate them to newer Windows products which can be a costly process.

Innovative delivery methods puts our software in your hands via CD or Internet downloads
Virtual Support Tools allow us to install, support and train from our offices saving on-site costs
Distributing live working trial software with sample data cuts down on support and traing costs
Selecting integration partners that use the latest technologies provide for more economical solution
Our MyFASTTRAK.com Client Center allows for initial downloads, purchases and renewal purchases
Developing Windows services that automatically complete the maintenance renewal process
Limiting our trade show attendance to National & International vs smaller regional shows
Developing our automated client referral financial incentive program which pays you vs magazines
What's the end result of all this? Well, we're happy to tell you that we're a small but profitable company that expects to be in business for many years to come. All this, of course, is due to value-conscious customers like you.
Currently, one third (1/3) our business leads comes from the Internet, 1/3 from Client Referrals, and 1/3 from Trade Shows/Publications. We will continue to spend wisely for advertising on the Internet and your Client Referral Incentives.
