Custom preset reporting periods allow for ease of date selection. Reports include detailed revenue production reports, Invoice (A/R), Cash receipts, client statements, revenue forecast reports and various client and manifest reservation reports.

Electronic Credit Card Processing:

FASTTRAK has 4 options for processing credit cards electronically in just seconds: Three of our integrated partners use the VeriSign Gateway. Our perferred vendor for Level III processing is Century Business Solutions, Inc for Internet Credit Card Processing of FASTTRAK Client Reservation Card Data. Significant reductions in fees can be realized with a Level III compliance.
Lower processing fees can be attained by:
  • Automatically submitting card billing address and zip code with each transaction
  • And processing with Certified Level III FASTTRAK Software thru CBS.

In addition to integrating with VeriSign, FASTTRAK integrates with Payment Processing, Inc.'s exclusive PPI PayMover(sm) gateway for Internet Credit Card Processing of FASTTRAK Client Reservation Card Data. Reduced chargebacks can be obtained from always obtaining the card holder's CSC #.
Lower processing fees can be attained by:

  • And automatically get approvals in seconds from PPI and VeriSign

Flight Tracking & Flight Verification at Booking:

FASTTRAK is integrated with Flight Explorer's [ Fast Track ] product for tracking of commercial and general aviation aircraft.

  • Flight verification provides a list of possible flights based on passenger details
  • Tracks in-flight aircraft providing on-screen data and flight map

FASTTRAK interfaces with Quicken & QuickBooks software for maintaining and updating banking & financial data with FASTTRAK's transactions for Cash Receipts deposited and Payroll, Contractor Fees and Commission Fees payable.

Fleet Maintenance Alerts:

Keep track of fleet maintenance requirements by mileage or scheduled date simply by updating the vehicles mileage, daily, weekly or as desired.
